The baby boomers who are at retirement age now and bought into timeshare were thriving and making sufficient money. They had time to vacation and take off work with their families. Speeding the clock up 20 years later, that 10 year old are now 30 years old with children of their own and open lives. That 50 year old back then is now 70 years old on a fixed income with maintenance fees going up. The way our company has helped them is, we relieve them of that responsibility one way or the other by getting it taken back or renting it out. Mainly focusing on renting it because the families like the extra income. It pays for itself!
